Putting together a new gaming group

I've been talking about this in general terms for at least a year, and now it's finally time to do something about it: I'm running a role-playing game for the first time in, um, thirteen years.

So, first, I know I'm not exactly a prolific LJ poster, but I might from time to time post here about the game. Tell me if you're interested on being on a gaming filter.

Second, while I've decided on a particular rule set, source material, and background (although of course it's still under development), I need to both recruit players and come to a consensus on what the campaign should be like.
